Step 1: Add new page

Create a new page in photoshop. Go to the File menu, click New, open the pop-up dialog box and select Height and Weight, click OK.

You can go to the bottom right of the screen, double click on the lock icon. You can then unlock the layer, and rename the layer.

Step 2: Gradient overlay

Click on the small FX button, and select Gradient overlay from the pop-up menu.

This opens the Layer-style dialog box. Change the Use option at the top of the opacity, style, color.

Step 3: Horizontal type tool

Select the Horizontal Type Tool from the Tools panel. Click on the new page write your text.

Step 4: Go to stroke

Click on the small FX button, and select Stroke from the pop-up menu.

This opens the Layer-style dialog box. Change the opacity and size of the text border, and change the color.
